milky bar cake


MILKY BAR CAKE

CAKE:
4 large eggs
375ml sugar
50 ml oil
250 ml water
5 ml vanilla essense
500 ml cake flour
15ml baking powder
pinch of salt

ICING
150g white chocolate , melted
500g cream cheese / creamed cottage cheese
1 large egg yolk
100g meted stork bake ( i used butter)

cake:
1. beat eggs and sugar for at least 10 min until pale, yellow, thick and creamy.
2. in another bowl mix the oil, 250 ml water and vanilla essence.
3. add half the water mixture to the egg mixture and beat well.
4. sift the dry ingredients and sift again over the egg mixture and fold in.
5. add the remaining water mixture and stir till smooth

bake

for the icing:
beat ingredients till smooth and refrigerate till ready to use.
