I followed it to ernestly but used lindt dark chocolate . I cut it when it was still warm as my nephew wante some so it oozed out as visible!
I found it too bitter but chocolate loving individuals will die for it!
Also, eaten with ice cream or cream will be super

second attempt at the parisian macaron
This was my second semi successful attempt at making french macaroons . ( i used the recipe from thip at www.namthip.com)

Easy every day jam drops!
4 0z (125g) butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup +2/3 cup plain flour
glace cherries, melted jam or coulis to decorate
Method:
- Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy
- add egg and vanilla, beat well.
- mix in sifted flour to form dough
- pipe/nozzle mixture onto baking tray
- bake in moderately hot oven (judge your oven) , Mines is very hot so I baked it on 180 degrees celcius.

Macaroon Madness
Parisian Macaroons...
A princesses indulgence.. I'm obsessed with pastry making, pastry eating, baking, ice creaming , chocolatiering.. Anything sweet basically and I attempted for the third time making the crafty parisian macaroon and i SUCCEEDED!! (i think) so i would like to share my triumph and I know there are those who'll appreciate it :)
