Easy every day jam drops!

Ingredients:
4 0z (125g) butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup +2/3 cup plain flour

glace cherries, melted jam or coulis to decorate

Method:

  1. Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy
  2. add egg and vanilla, beat well.
  3. mix in sifted flour to form dough
  4. pipe/nozzle mixture onto baking tray
  5. bake in moderately hot oven (judge your oven) , Mines is very hot so I baked it on 180 degrees celcius.
